Hussam Saleh Abdullah Al-Tunaib

As the founding partner and General Manager of the group, Hussam Al-Tanib holds a Bachelor of Law from Kuwait University (1994) and possesses over 30 years of legal experience. His career began as a State Attorney at the Legal Affairs Department of Kuwait Municipality, followed by his roles as a Legal Auditor and former Director of the Legal Affairs Department at the State Audit Bureau. Additionally, he has served as a legal advisor to several ministers, gaining extensive expertise in high-profile legal cases. Since December 2008, he has been a licensed attorney registered under Schedule (D) and continues to lead the group with a vision focused on delivering comprehensive legal services at the highest level of professionalism.
Abdullah Jassim Al-Damkhi

A distinguished lawyer within the group, Abdullah Al-Damkhi holds a Bachelor of Law from Kuwait University (1995) and has 29 years of legal experience. He began his career as a Public Prosecutor at the General Department of Investigations, where he gained significant expertise in criminal and administrative law before becoming a licensed attorney registered under Schedule (D) for Constitutional and Cassation cases since 2005. He currently specializes in providing legal consultations and managing high-profile cases within the group.
Hamoud Lafi Al-Hadhiah

A seasoned lawyer with over 18 years of experience, Hamoud Al-Hadhiah earned his Bachelor of Law from Al-Isra University, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 2006. He started his career as a Legal Advisor at the Municipal Council until 2014, where he gained profound knowledge of administrative and regulatory laws. Since 2014, he has been a licensed attorney registered under Schedule (D) for Constitutional and Cassation cases and now plays a key role in legal consulting and case management within the group.
